The Lookout
The Lookout is one of Guatemala's oldest and most monumental Maya archaeological sites, located in the northern Petén jungle near Flores. It flourished during the Preclassic period (600 BC–AD 150) and is renowned for its massive architecture, including La Danta, one of the largest pyramids in the world by volume.
