Amaliehaven
Amaliehaven is a public garden located between Amalienborg Palace and the harbour front in Copenhagen, Denmark. Opened in 1983, it was donated by the A.P. MĆøller Foundation as a gift to the city. Designed by Belgian architect Jean Delogne, it features symmetrical landscaping, fountains, and sculptures with strong classical inspiration overlooking the waterfront. Ecologically, the garden enhances urban biodiversity by supporting coastal birds, ornamental plant species, and improving local microclimate conditions.
