Anne Frank House Museum
The Anne Frank House, located along an Amsterdam canal, is a historic museum dedicated to the memory of Anne Frank and Holocaust victims. The 17th century building contained the hidden annex where Anne, her family, and others lived in hiding from 1942 to 1944 during Nazi occupation. After the war, her diary became a universal testimony. The museum preserves the secret annex and encourages reflection on freedom, tolerance, and fundamental human rights worldwide today.

Anne Frank House Museum
The Anne Frank House, located along the Prinsengracht canal in Amsterdam, is one of the most moving historical sites in the Netherlands. During World War II, the family of Anne Frank hid in a secret annex to escape Nazi persecution. There, Anne wrote her renowned diary, an intimate account of fear, hope, and life in hiding. Opened as a museum in 1960, the house preserves original rooms and displays historical documents. Today, it stands as a powerful symbol of Holocaust remembrance, human rights, and the enduring importance of tolerance worldwide.

Anne Frank House Museum
The Anne Frank House is one of Europe's most moving museums, located along the Prinsengracht canal in Amsterdam. This 17th century building sheltered the hidden annex where the young Jewish girl Anne Frank, her family, and four others lived in concealment from 1942 to 1944 during the Nazi occupation of the Netherlands. Within this "secret annex," Anne wrote her famous diary, later published as a powerful testimony of the Holocaust. After the war, Otto Frank, the only surviving family member, worked to preserve the site, which opened as a museum in 1960. Today, visitors can explore preserved rooms, historical documents, and exhibitions that promote reflection on intolerance, human rights, and historical memory, making it a profoundly educational and emotional experience.

The 9 Streets
The 9 Streets is a cluster of nine historic streets in Amsterdam's canal belt, between the Singel, Herengracht, Keizersgracht, and Prinsengracht. They originated in the 17th century during the Dutch Golden Age expansion, when artisans and traders settled there. Street names reflect traditional crafts such as leatherworking. Today, the area preserves heritage buildings and an urban ecological character, favoring pedestrians, cyclists, and small independent shops, while blending harmoniously with the canals and supporting a sustainable, community oriented lifestyle.
