Nimb Hotel
The Nimb Hotel, located inside Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen, Denmark, is one of the city's most exclusive boutique luxury hotels. Its origins trace back to the early development of Tivoli in 1843, when a bazaar style complex stood on the site. After being rebuilt in 1862 and later replaced, the current building was completed in 1909, designed by Tivoli director and architect Knud Arne Petersen in a Moorish-inspired, fairytale like architectural style. The name "Nimb" comes from a famous Copenhagen restaurateur family who ran highly popular dining establishments in the area, giving the site its culinary prestige. For decades, the building served cultural and gastronomic purposes before undergoing a major restoration in the 2000s and reopening as a hotel in 2008. Today, the Nimb features a small number of luxurious rooms and suites, blending historic architecture with modern Scandinavian design. Its direct integration with Tivoli Gardens makes it a unique destination combining heritage, hospitality, and immersive entertainment in central Copenhagen.
