Gordes
Gordes is one of the most iconic villages in the Luberon, perched on a rocky hill since Roman times. It was fortified during the Middle Ages, with its Renaissance castle as a focal point. Ecologically, the area blends holm oak forests, aromatic scrubland, and lavender fields, supporting rich bird and insect life.
