Amalienborg Palace
Amalienborg Palace Amalienborg Palace in Copenhagen, Denmark, is the official residence of the Danish royal family and an eighteenth century architectural complex consisting of four palaces arranged around an octagonal square. Originally built for nobility, it became the monarchy's residence after the 1794 fire at Christiansborg Palace. Its Rococo style reflects the elegance of the period.
