Drake Bay

Isla del Caño, located off Drake Bay in Puntarenas, is a biodiversity paradise. Its crystal-clear waters and coral reefs host tropical fish and sea turtles, while the island shelters endemic birds and exotic plants. Nearby hotels provide direct contact with nature and trails through lush forests. Visitors can explore natural reserves, enjoy snorkeling, diving, and observe local wildlife such as monkeys, iguanas, and tropical birds, all in a protected and vibrant environment, perfect for ecotourism enthusiasts.
