The Samari Spa Resort is a historic complex located in BaƱos de Agua Santa, Ecuador, with over 300 years of history. It was originally a Jesuit monastery and later a hacienda known as San Vicente. After years of abandonment, it was purchased in 1998 and carefully restored, preserving its colonial architecture with carved stone, wood, and stained glass. Opened in 2007, it now blends heritage, Ecuadorian craftsmanship, and nature, featuring gardens, a spa, and cuisine based on organic products grown on-site.

After being abandoned for decades, the property was acquired in the late 20th century and carefully restored, preserving its colonial architecture with carved stone, wood, stained glass, and wrought iron details. Officially opened as a resort in 2007, it blends tradition and luxury within a natural setting of approximately four hectares of gardens.
